From trading floors to agentic workflows

I started building trading systems at Société Générale and Natixis, then moved to London where I helped TrueLayer ship their first payment product and built a design system used by 8+ teams. Along the way I founded SubVortex, a decentralized subnet in the Bittensor ecosystem. 15+ years across investment banking, fintech, blockchain, and developer tooling shaped how I think about software: every line of code should serve the business and the people using it.

Today I design agentic workflows. Systems where AI agents take over the repetitive engineering work so your team can focus on problems worth solving. I wire these into existing codebases and CI/CD pipelines, turning what used to take days into hours. The goal is simple: multiply your engineering velocity without multiplying your headcount.

I'm open to full-time roles, contract work, or short-term engagements. Whether it's hands-on development, technical advisory, architecture reviews, or early-stage brainstorming. If you have a team that should be shipping faster, I can probably help.

Outside of code, you'll find me with family and friends. The only system I don't try to optimize.

15+ years building trading systems, platforms, and agentic workflows

Founded, architected, and shipped a production decentralized subnet inside the Bittensor ecosystem, providing programmatic access to distributed nodes across a distributed network.
Owned system architecture, protocol design, incentive mechanics, and operational reliability as both product owner and principal engineer.
Built Python backend services for node discovery, routing, availability tracking, scoring, and performance optimization, plus React dashboards for subnet health monitoring.
Developed detection tooling that identified abnormal node behavior and mitigated network-level and incentive-based attacks, then delivered a structured project handover with full documentation.

Joined as one of the first 10 engineers, providing senior full-stack development support to founders launching and scaling their businesses toward exit.
Built customer-driven features that improved satisfaction ratings and shipped a new capability that increased user engagement across the platform.
Established CI/CD pipelines that cut deployment time and raised code quality, and added E2E tests covering complete system functionality and user flows.

Joined as one of the first 15 engineers at a fintech building universal open banking APIs for payments, financial data, and identity.
Built the V1 of the payment product that contributed directly to the company's early fundraising milestones.
Led the internal Design System delivering 90 components across 3 themes, enabling 8+ cross-functional teams to ship faster and maintain visual consistency.
Built the V2 console applying Domain-Driven Design, and shipped a donation SPA within weeks to support charities during COVID.

Co-founded and built the Anabode mobile app, a cross-platform property management tool for landlords, tenants, and service providers, written in Xamarin Forms.
Minimized platform-specific code by storing assets as SVG in S3 and writing a shared Xamarin Forms codebase targeting both iOS and Android.
Provisioned AWS infrastructure including Cognito, S3, Lambda, Step Functions, and DynamoDB.

Designed and built a global bidding engine enabling injection of configurable auction models into the platform.
Developed a complete reverse auction model from scratch.
Migrated the system toward a microservices architecture using APIs and web components, making the product extensible for new marketplace clients.

Designed custom FxCop rules to detect security gaps (SQL injection, plain-text passwords, LDAP injection) enforced at build time across .NET projects.
Set up continuous integration covering approximately 120 Java and .NET projects.
Built a WCF gateway integrating Excel file import into ServiceNow and extended the internal deployment tool with rights management, backup, and multi-platform deployment.

Built a market-making software for Money Market traders from scratch: GUI, negotiation engine, contributor, and scheduler.
Built tools for Forex Market Makers in the front office team to improve productivity and reduce latency in a secure trading context.

Built 15 batch processes for recomputing fund net values, stock counts, dividends distribution, and capital adjustments.
